Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your confirmation email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original Vaulted® packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
